The Wasteland
The Wasteland is a stark contrast to the relative safety of Eden City. Once a powerful naval base in Mesopotamia, it now lies in ruins, ravaged by storms, nuclear fallout, and time. Broken drones and rusted machinery litter this unforgiving terrain. Despite its dangers, the Wasteland is a crucial resource zone for Settlers willing to risk everything in search of valuable loot.
The edges of the map are swallowed by endless sandstorms, reducing visibility and keeping players on edge. Matches drop 20 players into isolated pods scattered across the map. Every round lasts 15 minutes, forcing players to act quickly - loot fast, fight smart, and find a way out before time runs out.
Loot crates are hidden throughout the wasteland, but the most valuable gear often comes from fallen enemies or NPC threats guarding high-tier zones. Choosing the right weapon attachments and managing your loadout is critical; a single wrong choice can mean losing everything you carry.
Overheating
Radiation, storms, and failing equipment make survival more than just a battle against enemies. In Eden, players wear suits designed to protect against the wasteland’s hostile environment. But in a twist of realism, these suits overheat if you stay still for too long. Stand idle, and the heat will slowly build until it threatens your survival. Keep moving, scavenging, and fighting to stay alive.
This mechanic not only heightens immersion but ensures every match remains dynamic - no camping, no hiding forever, constant tension. This feature is subject to change based on player feedback.
